The binding is tight, there is almost no foxing and there is no damage to any of the pages. The corners are lightly bumped. The volume is custom bound with black leather corners and spine. The initials C.L.D. appear on the heel of the spine. The contents include Four Days at Gettysburg, Second Division at Shiloh, Life with the Esquimaux ( eskimoes ), My Escape from Richmond. The section under Current Events in this volume includes reports on battles and news of the Civil War. $65.00 |
